We welcome males between the ages of 18 to 99 to TRANQUILITY GROVE, a place where healing is holistic, treatment is personalized, and every day brings you closer to renewal. Our mission is to help you heal and rediscover your best self. Trained clinicians, CSAC’s and Peer Recovery Support Specialists will help you identify the root causes of your addiction and teach you the tools you need to maintain lasting sobriety. We also offer the full continuum of wrap around services which include SUD-Partial Hospitalization Program (2.5), SUD-Intensive Outpatient Treatment (2.1), SUD-Outpatient (1.0) , SUD-Case Management, and Psychiatry, which includes Medication Assisted Treatment services.
Tranquility Grove: An Epic Journey
Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Services for Adult Males
A 24-hour supervisedresidentialhomeprovides a safe secure environment where
anindividual candevelop/practice early recovery skills suchas resilience and
refusal; experience the supportofothers ina recovery-orientedsetting; and
prepare for a successfultransitiontothe community.
Criteria:
- Musthave a SubstanceUse Disorder Diagnosis (Moderateor Severe Intensity)
- Co-occurring capable
- Male between the ages of 18 to 99
- Need daily management of their addiction issues
- At risk of serious adverse consequences due to continued drugor alcohol use.
- Problems applying recovery skills or lacking connection to positive support
systems.
Substance Use Disorder Partial Hospitalization
Partial Hospitalization focuses on the overall treatment of the individual and is intended to avert or reduce inpatient hospitalization. The goal of PHP is to help individuals rebuild their lives by providing them with access to a wide range of therapeutic activities and interventions to aid in recovery
Service Details
- Program operates five days a per week, five hours a day.
- Typical stay in program is 14 days. Continuation of stay requested as needed.
- Medicaid funded. Commercial insurance and Medicare must have prior
approval. - Includes psychiatric care, counseling, and other therapies as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Adults aged 18 years and older
- Must have Substance Use or Alcohol Use Disorder Diagnosis.
- Must not need a higher level of care.
- Must need daily management of their substance use disorder(s)
- Must agree to fully participate in the entirety of program.
- Ideal transition service for those completing residential treatment.
