PHP provides full-day, non-residential addiction treatment five days per week — with medical oversight, licensed therapy, and case coordination all under one roof. Clients receive the same level of clinical care they’d find in a residential program, but return home in the evenings.

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment

Every client begins with a diagnostic and functional evaluation to ensure PHP is the right level of care and to guide their individualized plan.

Daily Group Therapy

Evidence-based groups focused on relapse prevention, cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and peer accountability.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Weekly one-on-one counseling with a licensed therapist to address root causes, triggers, and personal recovery goals.

Medication Management

Coordination with Epic’s Psychiatric Services and MAT Program to support clients using Suboxone, Vivitrol, or other recovery medications.

Case Management and Recovery Planning

Ongoing coordination for housing, legal issues, employment, benefits, and referrals to long-term supports.

Psychoeducation & Life Skills Training

Interactive sessions covering emotional regulation, healthy relationships, communication, stress management, and routines that support recovery.

Random Drug Screening & Accountability

Routine testing and clinical oversight to support honesty, progress tracking, and relapse prevention.

Discharge Planning & Step-Down Support

Every client leaves PHP with a coordinated plan that may include IOP, outpatient therapy, MAT, and peer support.
