SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

What Is SUD IOP

The Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (SUD IOP) at Epic Health Partners offers high-frequency, clinically driven treatment for adults struggling with substance use — without requiring inpatient or residential care.

This level of care provides multiple therapy sessions per week, peer support, and coordinated clinical oversight. It’s ideal for individuals who need structured recovery support while continuing to live at home and engage with work, school, or family life.

IOP is often a critical bridge between crisis and stability — helping clients gain momentum, tools, and support that last.

Why Clients Trust Epic’s IOP

Many clients come to us after trying outpatient therapy alone — and not getting the results they need. Our IOP gives them a deeper level of care without disruption to daily life.

High-Intensity, Low-Disruption

IOP typically runs 3–5 days per week and includes group therapy, individual sessions, and education. Clients get real structure — while maintaining their independence.

Multidisciplinary Care Teams

Each client is supported by licensed therapists, addiction specialists, and (when needed) psychiatric or medical professionals. Plans are individualized and monitored weekly.

Integrated Support for Co-Occurring Mental Health

We treat substance use alongside depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood disorders. You’ll never be forced to separate your care between programs or providers.

Outcome-Driven and Person-Centered

This isn’t a check-in program. We set goals, track progress, and adapt care plans as clients move forward in recovery.
