A committed and caring licensed professional counselor from Chatham, Virginia, is Shanel Beard, M.Ed., LPC. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then went on to the College of William & Mary to get her Master of Education in Counseling.
For many years, Shanel has helped people in multiple ways to enhance their mental well-being and general life experience. Her passion is giving people who are most in need of encouragement and direction so they can overcome challenges and realize their dreams. Shanel enjoys dancing, singing, playing sports, and hanging out with her loved ones. From August 2019 and currently serves as the Administrator of Clinical and Compliance Training.
