Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
What Is Mental Health PHP
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Epic Health Partners provides a high-intensity, non-residential treatment option for adults experiencing serious mental health symptoms that significantly disrupt daily life.
PHP offers structured, full-day care five days a week, including individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, and case management — all without requiring hospitalization or 24-hour supervision.
It’s designed for individuals who need more than IOP or traditional therapy can provide, but who are still safe to live independently or with minimal support outside treatment hours.
Why PHP at Epic Works
Full-Day Structure, Five Days a Week
Our program provides intensive therapeutic and psychiatric support Monday through Friday, giving clients the stability, accountability, and daily intervention needed to regain control.
Multidisciplinary Clinical Team
Clients are supported by licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, case managers, and behavioral health staff working together to deliver fully coordinated care.
A Safe Step-Down from Hospitalization
Many clients transition into PHP after inpatient psychiatric treatment. We provide the bridge between crisis stabilization and long-term recovery — helping reduce readmissions and support safer reintegration into everyday life.
Therapy That Goes Deeper
Clients in PHP participate in a combination of individual therapy, skills-based group work, trauma-focused interventions, and medication management — addressing both the root causes and real-time symptoms.
