Intensive In-Home Services

What Are Intensive In-Home Services
Intensive In-Home Services (IIH) at Epic Health Partners are designed to support children and adolescents who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to serious emotional or behavioral health challenges.
Delivered in the child’s natural environment — home, school, or community — this program provides structured, team-based therapy and crisis intervention with the goal of improving family stability, reducing risk, and building long-term skills.
When a child’s behavior is breaking down the household, and parents feel they’ve run out of options, in-home services bring the treatment to you.
Why This Program Works
Real-World, Real-Time Support
Our clinicians work directly inside the home or school environment to help families navigate everyday challenges — not just talk about them in an office setting.
Whole-Family Involvement
We work with parents, caregivers, and siblings as part of the therapeutic process, ensuring that all voices are heard and all roles are supported.
24/7 Crisis Intervention
When emotions escalate or unsafe behavior occurs, our team is available around the clock for on-call support and in-person response.
Short-Term Model, Long-Term Impact
The program typically lasts 3 to 6 months, with goals focused on keeping the child safely at home, improving family communication, and connecting to ongoing services.tion.
