Tranquility Grove Residential Recovery

A Safe Place to Step Away, Rebuild, and Return Stronger
If you’re here, you’ve likely tried to quit before — maybe more than once. You’ve detoxed, relapsed, burned bridges, or found yourself surrounded by triggers with no way out.
What you need now isn’t just a meeting or a prescription. You need a break from chaos. A structure you can trust. A place where recovery finally starts to feel possible.
Tranquility Grove, Epic Health Partners’ residential program for adult men, offers 24/7 supervised, clinically managed recovery in a calm, supportive setting. It’s where treatment becomes real — and where the work of rebuilding begins.
