Admission Process

Taking the First Step Shouldn’t Be the Hardest
Starting the recovery journey is a courageous decision — but navigating admission shouldn’t be a barrier.
At Epic Health Partners, we’ve designed the Tranquility Grove admission process to be simple, respectful, and responsive, whether you’re referring a client, supporting a loved one, or seeking help for yourself.
From your first call to your arrival at our facility, you’ll be met with clarity, compassion, and clinical expertise — because we know what’s at stake, and we’re here to help you move forward without delay.
What to Expect from the Admission Process
Step 1: Referral Submission
Submit a referral by phone, in-person, by email, or through our online form. Our team will begin reviewing the case immediately.

Step 2: Clinical Screening
One of our trained admissions staff will conduct a screening interview to determine preliminary eligibility for 3.1 Residential Treatment Services at Tranquility Grove.
Step 3: Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
An assessor will complete a full clinical evaluation, including an ASAM multidimensional assessment, to confirm medical necessity and recommend the most appropriate level of care.
Step 4: Admission & Arrival
Once approved, we’ll coordinate directly with the client or referral source to finalize intake, arrival times, and transportation if needed. Our team ensures a warm, organized welcome into care.
