Tina has led multi-location teams, developed strategic plans, and built strong client relationships, all of which continue to shape her approach to fostering exceptional employee experiences and continuous improvement. Tina began her career at EPIC Health Partners in 2018, where she assumed the role of Human Resources Manager. She is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture centered on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational growth. With expertise in talent management, acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws, Tina ensures the organization thrives while empowering employees to reach their full potential.
