Tina Tatum

Tina got her start in the staffing business and has worked there for more than 20 years, including as a Regional Director. She understands how staffing companies function as extensions of their client’s human resources departments, providing workforce solutions, employee management, and talent acquisition skills. Tina has cultivated exceptional client relationships, led multi-location teams, and created strategic plans—all of which continue to influence her approach to promoting outstanding employee experiences and ongoing development. In 2018, Tina started working at EPIC Health Partners, where she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. 

She is committed to fostering an environment at work that values accountability, teamwork, ongoing development, and organizational expansion. Tina’s proficiency in talent management, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law compliance guarantees the company’s success while enabling staff members to realize their greatest potential.
