Outpatient Therapy Services – Children, Adolescents, Adults, Families
The goal of Outpatient Therapy is to assist individuals in clarifying and accomplishing their personal goals through a process designed to help them discover their strengths, explore their options, and develop effective strategies to address challenges in their lives.
The service is provided in the office with a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC or LCSW); generally weekly, bi-monthly. There are no specific criteria necessary to qualify for this service.

Settings – office
Hours of Service – 8:30am to 5:30 Monday through Thursday and at other times by appointment
Days of Services - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday; other times as scheduled
Frequency of Services – up to 2 sessions per week, weekly, bimonthly, monthly
Payer of Services – All Virginia Medicaid, Most Commercial Insurance, Self-Pay
Fees –
Referral Sources – community partners, Managed Care Organizations, self-referral, physicians’ offices, family, friends, other behavioral health agencies, schools, Department of Social Services, foster care agencies, EPIC internal programs, Office of Children’s’ Services (CSA)

- Assessment and Diagnostics
- ADHD evaluations and recommendations/behavioral health treatment

- Assistance with development of Behavior Modification Plans
- Assistance with fostering insight and direction for academic planning (and understanding of the special education process)
